STEP 1: Pick up a flyer:
Arrow (Grade 4-6) or
Teen RC (Grades 7 and up)
Step 2: Return the ORDER FORM to the library.
Use the Ontario ON column for the correct price.
Pay by CASH (correct change) or a cheque made out to
Scholastic Canada Ltd.
Payment must include your full name AND class.
Return your November and December Flyer order before December 14, 2011.
